Profile

Drew Jenkins is the founder of Maple Bridge Law LLC in Atlanta, Georgia and AMA Capital, LLC in Birmingham, Alabama. He is an attorney licensed in both Alabama and Georgia who specializes in real estate transactions, financing, title, business structure, and international related projects. Drew handles both residential and commercial properties with deep experience in SBA, EB-5 financing, and 1031 transactions. Drew earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and his J.D. degree from the University of Alabama School of Law.

Representative work includes; $32.8MM A&D loan using both EB-5 funds and bridge loan; $22MM working capital loan secured by real estate; $14MM working capital loan secured by real estate; $15MM acquisition loan for hotel purchase; lender counsel for multiple banks & credit unions including SBA preferred lenders; buyer's counsel for developers on assemblages & subsequent development loans; and due diligence services for international investors up to a $79.2MM manufacturing facility secured by real property and fixtures.

Drew also provides short legal videos through his Bitesize Legal youtube page.  He also regularly speaks at conferences providing CLE credits to other attorneys on the topics of real estate, title, and corporate law.
